PC Re-Build £75 - £150 depending on complexity.
If your PC is over a year old and not running as quickly or smoothly as it used to then you will really benefit from this service. The service includes: -
1. Collection of PC and consultation to agree work.
2. Written statement of work to be completed before work starts.
3. ALL data is backed up to 2 indepentant locations before the PC is re-installed.
4. All settings are verified and compiled and agreed before work starts.
5. The operating system is re-loaded from user restore or OS CD's.
6. Any user programs are re-installed, configured and tested.
7. Printers are re-installed.
8. Data is copied back and verified against the backup.
9. Optional free software can be installed and configured e.g. antivirus, firewall etc.
10. A full disk degragmentation is carried out using a special 3rd party tool.
11. The PC is tested and returned to the home and tested to ensure everything works as expected.
Home broadband / e-mail set-up £50 - £100.
If you are looking to install a home broadband network then we can ensure you have a secure, reliable and safe network. The service includes: -
1. Initial consultation and discussion to define the correct solution.
2. We can order any hardware needed and also order the broadband with you.
3. Set-up of the service and associated equipment.
4. If you choose to install a wireless network we will help you secure it to prevent identity theft etc.
5. There are many different ways to get e-mail these days, we help you make the right choices.
Home network support £25 Per Hour on-site £20 per hour off-site.
If you want peace of mind and don't want to pay £2.50 per minute talking to a telephone operator who simply runs through a checklist then this may be for you.
